Lyly is a mother, woman entrepreneur, wife and mentor. She is often referred to by her former boss as the problem solver because she would actively listen with great interest and enthusiasm, dig deep to the root of each story and come up with magic that either solves a challenge or help improve efficiency.
Lyly has had a rich history in the workforce, loving every role she has held and quickly climbing the Corporate ladder solving and conquering customer challenges one successful launches at a time before taking the leap to launch her own business to fill a gap in the wedding industry.
Smart financial choices and bold decisions in the property market allowed her to start building her portfolio from the young age of 18.
Her passion to help others saw her Wedding Management & Design business "Vogue Weddings and Events" thrive but it was through this journey that she identified another gap and felt compelled to help solve.
Today, Lyly runs an online flower and gift social enterprise to help combat and end poverty in Australia. She is determined to do this be harnessing the money Corporates spend on gift giving and office flowers to support children with the necessities for school to get a decent start to life.
Her business is built from the beginning as the vehicle to help social change and make social impact. To achieve this, Lyly has created 4 principals that the company must adhere to:
1. 100% profit for Charity
2. Zero perishable goods wastage
3. Financial transparency
4. Supporting local
Today, some of the Country's biggest companies are renegading and supporting Lyly's movement and allowing her to put her stake into the ground to make a difference to social justice.
